Vice President of Operations

Russ attended the University of Kansas and spent many years in the Automobile Industry, with his focus on the customer service side of the business. He was recruited to run Superior Installation Services (a subsidiary of BA Designs) when it opened in 1999. Since that time he has been instrumental in developing a full service firm, offering extensive experience in various furniture lines, minor carpentry work, and installation of window treatments and artwork.

His understanding of good customer service has gained the company multiple corporate service contracts. In 2002 they received a special metal of service for their exemplary work as a civilian contractor in the Battle Command Training Center at Ft. Leavenworth.

Since its inception, Superior Installation Services has continued to grow, servicing customers from all over Kansas, including Leavenworth, Lawrence, Topeka, Manhattan, Junction City, Wichita, Hays, and several cities in Missouri.
