Beth Anne - I just couldn't let this go by without reporting to you how pleased I was with everyone that I worked with on this last project.  It's very easy to put together a successful building with professional people like your staff on my side.  I just can't say enough about them - they were patient, kind, considerate, well-mannered - they went above and beyond at every turn.  You are so lucky to have such great people working for/with you.
